Dear Mam/Sir,
This is the third time I am making an official complaint about the electricity meter box which is barely hanging from the wall & is in a very dilapidated condition.
We are facing frequent short circuits resulting in blackouts. The wires are all tangled with each other & short term servicing by the local electrician is not helping either. The first complaint ([protected]) was made on 14th November. Somebody came to our place & just went back without mending anything. However as per your call center, it's mentioned in their remarks that a temporary solution was provided which was a blatant lie. The second complaint no ([protected]) was provided on 21st December & still no steps had been taken.
Hope you take appropriate action & get this one sorted out soon.
