(1) To customer care/cesc ltd. Respected sir/madam, I have paid my electricity consumption bill for the month of dec'17 on 17.01.18 through my Paytm wallet like every month. Paytm payment particulars are as follows:- Paytm order #[protected]transaction id [protected]-01-17 04:35:56 pm rs.110/- No receipt has been issued against that payment from your end. Unfortunately i received a green bill for the month of jan'18 demanding rs.150/- Eronously i have paid rs.150/- through paytm too... Transaction details are as follows:- Ordercesc order #7510615100001181180216040300000000000000000024transaction id [protected][protected]:04:31 am rs.150/- But sir/madam i have not yet received any confirmation receipt regarding payment from your end that too. Under the circumstances, my sincere request is please verify and make necessary arrangement to refund my excess amount to my paytm wallet. At the same time i also request you to take care not to repeat such instances... I have paid my electricity bill for dec’17 via paytm on 17.01.2018. It was successful. But cesc ltd preferred jan’18 green bill of rs.150/- and being not alert i have paid that too through paytm on 18.02.18. Details i have written on my first letter above. Under the circumstances, requesting your kind attention to check my payment claim and arrange to refund the amount to my paytm wallet for the sake of end of justice at the earliest.
