Complaint marked as Resolved On16.02.18 I tried to pay my electricity bill of Rs 2480.00 thro Card (Paytm) and my a/c debited of Rs. 2460.00 from POS-CESC. But payment confirmation not received. I tried again to pay the same. This time also debited my a/c of the same amount and payment confirmation recd. So double payment made thereof. I request to refund back one payment of Rs. 2460.00 thro Card (paytm) at the earliest.
Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I want to change my email id of the CESC how to Update my mail new email id
any online process have to change ?
