I am projesh palit. Customer id is [protected]. I have made payment through credit card (Bill desk) against bill for january 2018 (Bill no. [protected]). Immediately after payment there was breakdown in your website. Till then i am yet to receive the soft copy of your receipt neither any sms confirming payment was made. I am concerned because today (March 05, 2018) is the due date and my supply line may get disconnected if payment is not received at your end by today.. Please help.. Regards..
