I have received the bill no: [protected]/06200,
Bill date: 16/7/20
For the period 02/7/2020 to 03/6/2020.
The unit consumed for the same period of last year (2019) was 163 units. Whereas the consumption for this above mentioned billing period is 383 units, which is almost 250% of normal unit consumption.
Unit consumption of may, 2020 is 70 units.
Unit consumption of april, 2020 is 78 units.
Unit consumption of march, 2020 is 106 units.
So the unit consumption of june, 2020 is (383/70*100) 550% o[censored]nit consumption of may.2020
Generally during this period of year i pay rs[protected]. But this time it is rs. 2670 which is abnormally high.
This is exorbitant, unjust and not acceptable. So, i believe cesc should look into the matter. I insist cesc should send someone to check my electricity meter, because i firmly believe that there is a fault in meter reading. I demand a checking of my electricity meter and reassessment of my electricity bill for the above mentioned period. I hope and expect an action plan will be taken very soon and this will be resolved at the earliest.[my contact number [protected]]
