Hi i am akash gupta & my consumer number is [protected]. For last few days there is a frequent disconnection in my area for electricity line, which comes after an hour. Yesterday it was near about 2 times in a day & when you try to contact customer care there line are always busy even at the morning 06:15am all the executive are busy. Seriously at the early morning they are busy. When the cesc charge per unit near about ₹8 then no body says anything & after giving huge money monthly charges such as ₹2800 or ₹1700 if we face these disconnection issue then who is responsible..
