Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — High Bills

Despite repeated requests and personal interactions about a possible power theft through my electricity connection (consumer number being [protected]), the CESC rep refuse to entertain our plea or even send someone down to have a look into the matter. It has been more than a year now since we have been complaining that the electricity units being charged is way beyound our consumption, but the only response we get is that we have to catch the theft which is highly impractical for us being regular citizens with no knowledge of electric connections as such. Request you to please look into the matter
