On 16.04.2016 around 1.00 a.m while making payment of bill through billdesk gateway amounting Rs.970/-, the money deducted from bank a/c but the transaction shown unsuccessful.when contacted to bank for the refund, they told that no communication has been made by you regarding this matter. My electricity bill is excess, Rs 2150 for 2 person.there is no AC no electrical appliance used as such ..the reading 284 unit on 28of march2016 but my electricity bill is showing 338 unit on 07/03/2016. please check.
