Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — No Resolution coming from Cesc | |||||
Respected sir/ madam, I am anjan kumar sadhak, my consumer id :[protected] & customer id: [protected]. My electric bill amount for the month of may 2020 is rs. 3590. The current due date of payment is 16 july 2020. But i am unable to understand that i was not at home for 15 days in between and i do not have any air-conditioner in my house. How would be my billing amount so high. My average units consumption for every month is in between 90 to 95 units, all of a sudden it became 497 unit. This is totally unacceptable and not at all justified. It's my earnest request to you that please find out the reason behind it. It's a mental torture for a retired person like me. I always made my payment before due date. Please look into this matter so that you can adjust or revise my bill amount as soon as possible. Otherwise i have to to file a complain against cesc kolkata for this bill. I have already send an email to the ceo of cesc. Need to contact to the higher authority like kolkata police, tv & print media and consumer forum against this conspiracy with all the proof sample of bills & graphs. I am also attaching my bill copy for the month of may 2020. I am a senior citizen and it's a mental and financial harrasment for me. With regards, Anjan kr.
