With due respect I would like to inform you that after reaching your customer service team many times the supply of my residence yet not restored.
My 1st complaint Docket No. is [protected]. Every time I contacted new docket no. provided, but no resolution. My daughter's half yearly exam is going on & all in online mode. So without the electric supply we are in s pathetic situation.
Request you to look into the matter and oblige.
