Sir/ madam,
Recently i applied for a new connection to your office through online. Everything went fine until i visited the taratala cesc office for documentation. The first day i went there, the head clerk (Barababu) sent me back saying there is no available staff/officer today for the said purpose. The next day i somehow managed to get the work done without any hazards. Now, after receipt of the bill through mail when i went to pay the amount, i came to know that i have to submit the bill in paper to pay (Which is quite anti to your green movement project). When i request the staff to provide me the same after generating the token, it seems like she along with the staff siting next to her have no idea how to do that (Though they are quite senior staff), whereas another young lady staff who offered to help me got protested by the same head clerk (Barababu) and he also told me "what's the hurry". He even insisted me to wait for 04 hours to get the bill from upstairs. This kind of behaviour and that also from such senior staff of your office is highly condemnable, and even creating adverse environment for those young and junior staff those who want to help is a matter of shame.
So, i request you to kindly see into the matter and help those senior staff and head clerk to get a proper mindset and provide them some training on how to help rather than harass, how to generate bills and other technical/ computer knowledge related to their desk and oblige.
