Hello sir, i am tulshidas mukherjee, residing at 11/44 panditia road, kol - 700029, not getting delivery of my monthly electrical bill in paper way for the past three months, i paid the bills by checking my customer id in your online portal for bill pay and then get to know the amount. Kindly look after this matter as soon as possible. I cannot go to the main office of cesc so written here an onlinr complaint, check the problem why the bill is not delivered at the above mentioned address..
