Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — non receipt of bill payment status for jan 2018 paid thru net banking

My consumer id is [protected] consumer no-[protected]. I paid my bill for january 2018 of rs 1030.00 using net banking, as usual, on 27.02.18, due date 28.02.18, payment gateway "bill desk". Bill desk re credited the amount to my account on 15.03.2018. On 16.03.2018 i again paid the bill amount of rs 1050.00 (Including penalty) using net banking, payment gate way bill desk. I am yet to receive payment receipt confirmation from your end. Meanwhile i have received demand notice from cesc of rs 2380.00 including previous unpaid threatening disconnection.
Please refund the amount.
