My docket no.1195629 dt.18.2.19 and consumer no.[protected] (Name : shipra consultancy & management services, owoner's name : sri sudhanya dey) regarding
Security money refund back as well as disconnect of power supply.in this connection, lot of correspondences were done, no solution comes, even no reply has come. Updated by sudhanyadey Today i came to know from Regional office that withdrawal of security money could unable to process till power supply is disconnected.Though Regional office ordered to disconnect power supply on 22/02/2019 to Meter Inspector but till date power supply didn't disconnect by meter inspector.So what should i do it's been more than 1 month i haven't received any response from CESC and Consumer Complain and if so when will u be able to resolve this matter or inform me any true possible solution..

Updated by sudhanyadey It is observed that (CESC ) Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation not yet resolved my case on basis of complain given on 18.3.19 and no any communication is received . Please inform when it will be resolved for refund of security money against docket no. 1195629 dtd. 18.2.19
