I am a consumer of cesc. We want to shifting our meter room, because we make a urban house in government project. As plan wise meter shifting is very urgent... Cesc send me a huge amount of meter shifting bill... And it is very huge amount for provide to me, because we belong a poor family.. And our meter shifting is very urgent for making house..

Please help me with your kind heart.

My customer id is [protected] .I paid my electric bill amounting Rs.300/- on 02/02/2019 Via Net banking but payment confirmation not recieved and i didnt get any reciept.
