I have two separate meter in my premises our of which, consumer number [protected], where owing to personal reason, concern person is nether staying nor using any electrical equipment, resulting almost nominal account being reflected in the bill and being asked repeatedly not to pay the concern bill, and bill is needed to be paid in the next cycle. but, surprising i have received a bill in this month, that is, the month of june bill, which appeared as green bill and despite the unit consumption being reflected as zero, but the amount is directed to be paid is rs.1030/, which is utterly perplexing. besides, previous last two months respectively, despite i was present in the house as i had received the message prior to the visit of the person suppose to take the meter reading, and i have noticed him loitering in my area, but, amazing ignored to attend my house. consequently, it is evident to me that your company has forwarded a bill in terms of average consumption. i would like to request to resolve my problem at your earliest to mitigate my plight, failing which, i will be forced to resort to proper legal formal for my matter to be redressed.
