Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — Rude behavior of meter-reading personnel | |||
Consumer number [protected] Meter reading was taken on 28th September 2021. Meter reading taking person was very rude. At my home my old age parents only live. We have a proper meter room with gate. He came shouted on my parents saying why do keep things in front of the gate, as if CESC own the property & built everything. Also he was not wearing mask in this pandemic situation. Don’t understand how CESC allow their customer to be treated so badly, I have not seen anything like that in other electricity supplier at other state.
