Since the lockdown started i. E for 4 months, we have been receiving high amount of electricity bill which is beyond our comprehension. Even for amphan hit time period, when we were left without power for 9 days, we received a bill of rs 4320 which is absolutely nonsensical.
Would like to draw attention of the authority concerned, to this issue and would expect proper measures to be taken to rectify the bill and refund the excess amount. Was this information helpful? |
