Today at 4pm to 4.30pm one unknown person was knocking bell, purpose of meter checking. Before opening door i want to identify the person by his name but he refused to tell and showing threatening attitude. I am doubtful about his attitude it's a huge matter of my household security and worried about my meter checking report.
