Please don’t go through Candes products
Raised a complaint on 22nd Dec 2023 till now there is no complete resolution.
Technician came on 30 Dec 2023 after many calls and changed valve which costed 550 and extraly added pressure valve which was not there before and it costed 450 and he took service charge of 300 for which the product is in warranty.
When he checked for 5 minutes there is no leakage and he went off by taking total charges of 1300 for which the product is in warranty.
By evening it again started leaking.
