Hello Sir/mam
I have raised the complaint related to the product which which is not working on 20 March 2023 and till now 12 Apr 2023 the Candes has not provided the resolution/service within the timeframe which was 4-5 working days. Contact the team multiple time to hear that the complaint is still showing pending and the part is on the way due to which it may takes 1-2 more days. As last part has been used for other customers issue.
After checking and calling multiple time, supervisor, technical team no response or resolution till today as well as there is no option to escalate the issue to the higher ups of the company as if it is only running with the help of customer service and Techincal team and they are aslo unable to provide resolutions for the same.
I hope there may be a way to get sorted as soon as possible.
