I would like to escalate the pathetic service experience from Candes. I have raised a complaint on 14th Nov. and it's been 9 days my problem has not been resolved.
When I called customer care they just disconnecting the call by saying it will be resolved tomorrow every time i am calling them.
Even I got your area manager number also [protected] but this guy is even more pathetic he is not even picking up the phone. I tried calling him everyday at least 4~5 times.
