I'm complaining about the service representative not responding to my calls...
Their names are anurag (Anurag. [protected]@capitalaim.com) who works in options market, rithesh (Ritesh. [protected]@capitalaim.com) who is a representative.

Please respond to customer calls... As we paid money for services... They are not having proper communication with me as a customer. They are not picking my phone's and i paid 7250rs for service charge. There is no service at all. What should i do???

Iam also a paid customer but inka kam sirf paise lene tak ka hai customers ko kisis prakar se koi bi satisfaction ni hai main to 33000 diye ye bekar company hai now iam going to change my advisory firm
