Card blocked even after paying all dues on time and loan completed. After speaking to customer care they assured me that the card is active and i can use it for my next purchase. When info in shop to my embarrassment they say your card is blocked and we can't help you with this offer. It's cheating customers by making them take such worthless cards and when u want to use it you can't. And the embarrassment is like so unhelpful in front of others. I would never recommend capital first to anyone ever. It's really disappointing...
