[Resolved] Capital First — emi debited even after I paid online

I have two loan one two two vehicle and one consumer durable loan from capital first i paid both emi online but they auto debited from account and while i am trying to contact them they put call on hold. Even after paying emi they charged emi bounce. I tried contacted customer care but they put my call on hold and disconnected call after some time with message your issue solved.
