Capital First — Excess amount of EMI on LOAN | |||
My self TARUN ARORA, reference no 2596794, I have purchased one LYOD TV from HARI OM Electronics Invoice dated 21/10/14 for amount Rs 26000/-for which i have paid advance to them of 5000/- . GUY from Capital first Name NEGI [protected] processed this file for Zero % interest for amount of 21000. Total EMI deducted from my account is 2875X8= 23000/- on the other hand 21000 is the actual amount 2000 Rs Extra charging in total amount. Same thing i discussed with Mr. NEGI . he said that this was mistake from his end he will refund extra amount. he is doing same promise from couple of month. but till date he has not refunded single rs Few days back i received call from customer care from CAPITAL first . I discussed same with them and they suggested to write a mail.27 feb 2015. same has been communicated over phone. Two files are attached with this mail. one for total invoice for 26000 /- and 5000 paid as advance I requested to look into this matter and refund extra money paid to you looking for prompt action Was this information helpful? | |||

Very bad experience with capital first.
Same line they write "We regret that you had to face inconvenience, we have noted your concern.You shall receive a call from our team shortly."
Whether you try to reach them by email or customer care or through consumer complaint.
But they never revert back you .
Totally careless attitude towards their customer.
Refund back my money as soon as possible.
