Hi, With reference to agreement no - 5053128, i had paid emi online (https://reporting. capitalfirst.com/quickpay/qpinfo. aspx) on 7th july 2016 and had sent mail to them as well. also had sent receipt of successful payment but they deducted emi from my hdfc account on 12th july 2016 which i have given for ecs. When i have paid and sent mail why did they deducted the amount again. Not only this, there number[protected] is not working and no one is responding to mails i sent on customer. [protected]@capfirst.com. I need reversal of duplicate emi of july 2016 which they deducted from my account. Was this information helpful? | |||||

With reference to loan account no - 5053128, i had paid emi for july and had sent them reciept. But still they deducted it from my account. And there no[protected] is not working and no response from customer care on mail.
I asked them to revert my one EMI but no response.
They should have seen the mail i had sent when i paid the EMI and should not have deducted the amount from account.
I want reversal for duplicate EMI amount.
