Capital First — No trace of my Gold Loan account by Capital First

I have sent the below email to Capital First & DCB (Development Credit Bank) on May 06, 2015 and Iam continuously requesting them through Customer Care number & email ID since 2 Months but couldn't get any positive response from both DCB & Capital First. Since 2 months, "Capital First says talk to DCB and DCB says talk to Capital First". They never bothered about my complaint for the last 2 months though i mentioned very clearly saying that "I will approach concerned authorities if i don't get response". DCB Complaint No: 1012982 Capital First Complaint number is not provided to me as they are only taking my request through customer care number & email address and says they will get back in 3 days but in vain for the last 2 months. Account Name: Nishchal Gowda S P Gold Loan Account No: GL[protected] Loan Amount: INR 8, 52, 000/- Loan Taken Date: 21/12/2011 Loan Tenure: 3 Years Interest paid Month on Month: Till 25/06/2012 Interest paid for July – October 2012: INR 62, 900/- through Cheque No: 728317 on 05/10/2012 I was in constant touch with Vyalikaval Branch. I have paid INR 1, 00, 000/- on 25/01/2014 and INR 1, 00, 000/- on 22/05/2014 through cash covering the interest. I have paid interest for 3 years & I was in regular touch with most of the people of Capital First, Vyalikaval & Rajajinagar branch including Branch Managers but still I didn’t get any communication regarding my Account Transfer. In March 2015, Mr. Ramakrishna from Rajajinagar Branch, Bangalore called me and informed me that my Account has been transferred to his Branch and he is the point of contact. As per his confirmation my dues were 11 Months Interest and Penalty. He has accepted my request for the time till 25th of April to clear all the dues to release my Gold. He also confirmed me that it is not in the Auction List and some portion of the Penalty will be waived off if pay by 25th of April. I was regularly in touch with Mr. Ramakrishna during this period to update the status and my last call to him was on 17th, April 2015 to inform him that I will be visiting Rajajinagar Branch by 22nd, April to clear all the dues to release my Gold. After arranging all the required Money I visited Rajajinagar Branch but the Branch was closed and Capital First office Landline Number[protected] was not working. I tried to reach other branches of Capital First but in vain as Capital First have closed all the Branches without any notice to their customers. Finally, I made a call to Capital First, SR Nagar Branch, Bangalore and I was informed by one Gentleman from Property Loan division that “Entire Gold Loan Portfolio of Capital First” has been shifted to “Development Credit Bank (DCB)”. He advised me to contact the Capital First Customer Care on [protected]. When I dialed they told me my account has been shifted to DCB and I will have to call DCB Customer Care Number [protected]. I spoke to Ms. Sonal from DCB Customer Care and she has confirmed my GL Account and she also told me to contact nearest DCB Branch in Bangalore to pay the Dues. I contacted DCB, Jayanagar Branch to clear the dues but they were unable to track my Gold Loan Account. I immediately made a call to DCB Customer Care and Ms. Madhvi has confirmed me that my account is with DCB, Rajajinagar Branch. When I contacted DCB, Rajajinagar Branch they told me the same thing “They were unable to track my account in their software”. They also checked in Jakkasandra & MG Road Branch but result is same. Again I contacted Ms. Vani from DCB Customer Care and she also confirmed my Account is with DCB and I will have to contact DCB Branch only. 1. Capital First Says My Account is with DCB & DCB Customer Care is Confirming but DCB Branches are refusing it. 2. Capital First Branches have been closed and Customer care says contact DCB Customer care. 3. Ms. Sonal, Ms. Madhvi, Ms. Vani & Mr. Parvez from DCB Customer care confirmed my Account and also they told me that my account is not in the Auction List & to visit DCB, Rajajinagar Branch. 4. But, all the 4 DCB Branches (Jayanagar, Jakkasandra, Rajajinagar & MG Road) says they don’t have my details. 5. My Loan Tenure is 3 Years and till October 2015. 6. I was not informed through any form of communication by Capital First or by DCB about my account transferring. 7. I have arranged the Money to clear all the Dues (Loan Amount, Interest & Penalty Charges) to Capital First or DCB so that I can release my Gold. 8. Iam doing this exercise since 15 days and I have spoken to 20+ Executives from both DCB & Capital First but still unable to trace the position of my Account. 9. All my conversations with Capital First & DCB can be tracked by your side as you record every call for Quality & Training Purpose. 10. I really want my Gold back at any efforts as my Family has lot of Sentiments and nothing can replace it. I would kindly request you to please do the needful to get my Gold back ASAP. If not I will have to take the help of Concerned Authorities as I was not informed in any form of Communication from Capital First & DCB.
