Hi,
I have 2 loan accounts 5731890 for which i pay 2000 & 2750. I paid through Paytm but they did not update my payment and kept charging my account and when asked to update the previous payment they did not bother to revert moreover they applied late fee of INR 800. I m not gonna pay any late fee and will also not pay further EMIs if proper resolution not given. contact me ASAP.

Updated by shilpimehra0812 Still no response received from capital first.. such a fraud company it is.. i have also used bajaj finserv but never faced such issues ever.. no problem.. i will ensure no further payments released to them until they sort out this issue.
