[Resolved] Capital First Sbi Credit Card — Cards delivered to unauthorized person to wrong address. | |||||
1. Sir, .I ak gupta (Ashok kumar gupta) had applied capital first sbi credit card, and my first card has been sent to me through blue dart ref no.Ev- [protected] dated 20 oct 15, this no. Received through blue dart sms, but the card has been delivered to unauthorized person on wrong address without any proper checking of identity of receiving person. After that i had informed to your customer care cell and the card has been blocked at your end. 2. Again 2nd card generated and dispatch to me vide same courier vide ref no. Ev-[protected] dated 31 oct 15, but this card also not received by me and may be delivered to wrong address and this card also has been blocked through customer care after my request. 3. Sir again 3rd card generated and dispatch to me through same courier vide ref no. Ev-[protected] dated 31 oct 15, but this card also not received by me till date, then i have requested to customer care to take appropriate legal action against blue dart for this repeatedly illegal act .But till date i have not informed or intimated from your agency that what action has been taken and what is current status of my third card. I was also requested to customer care please do not generate/ issue 3 card to me but they stated that sir this time you will get your card .My registered no. Is [protected] .
