Complaint category Loans Capital First — I have been charged extra amount An Dharmrndra Singh on Jan 07, 2017 Hi Team, My Loan Account no is 5280303 I have paid my EMI on 5th, through your customer portal. (Please check the receipt attached) . After payment I got a message that Capital First tried another ECS request from my bank. but failed due to insufficient fund. because I had already paid that. Again on 7th December another ECS request has been failed due to the same reason. Because of that I got a total deduction of Rs. 800*6 But I Already had paid the amount on the same day. My problem not resolve so kindly help me otherwise i m go to other option like twitter, Google +, Media and RBI . & i m already send my problem Twitter and already tweet to Arun Jetly Finance Minister (India) and ABP news, India Today, Aaj Tak ...& I have other option ..to resolve my Coplain..
