Complaint marked as Resolved after the complaint the company person mailed me and asked me to mail to his personal id and asked to mail me my details to him so i mailed him.
later on in the next mail he mailed me regarding the progress in my issue
and he also confirmed me that some processes are needed to be done before the complaint is completely resolved
and they adjusted money of the previous EMI in this month's EMI
they deposited the rest of the amount in my account with in 8 working days
thanks for your help
and also the company responded to me positively and i hope that the higher officials are pretty clear about the issues
