They were pressurising me to purchase their chimney and assured four free servicings during the 1st two years. It has been almost one year without a servicing. The chimney is unable to absorb oil vapour any more. Instead, oil drops fall on the cookware s, burner etc. But even after requesting them several times to set right the oil dropping issue, none paid a visit to my kitchen.
