[Resolved]  Neo Nissan Sector 63 Noida — Unprofessional and Incompetent

Hi,

I had a very bad experience with this dealer and overall Nissan. They are the most unprofessional people I have seen.

First time when I went to see the car they give me one price, over the email they give me second price and finally when I went to pay the booking amount they gave me third price. Looks like a bhindi Bazaar where there is no standard.

Finally once i have booked the car they told me that car will be delivered after one month on 10th Feb 2013. I waited patiently for the day and they called me on 7th to tell that car has left Chennai and will be in showroom on 8th. They asked me to pay the remaining amount and i duly paid them the same through a draft. When I asked what time shall I come to take delivery on 10th they informed me that they will call me. When I did not receive any call on 9th I called them back and asked for the status. Then this guys says they cannot deliver on 10th as the car has not arrived. This is their plank to get the money in advance and then harass the customer. When we shouted at him, he arranged a delivery on 10th Feb only.

When we went there he started making excused for delivery such as your payment is not complete, your draft is not yet paid etc. After fighting for 3 hours he finally agreed to give us car but on the final moment he told us that I need to give an undertaking as the car is not yet registered. I am responsible if anything happens to car and i cannot claim anything for insurance.

This is the most unprofessional company. Never buy a Nissan Car. No wonder they lag in the market. They have no sense of customer service and are cheats looking to swindle money of their customers.

I am Dipesh Dixit from noida (UP) India. I purchased Nissan Datsun Redi Go in feb-2017, from your authorized dealer Neo Nissan Sector-63, Noida. After purchasing of few month my car was creating many problems which I inform to your dealer on each car services. But your dealer services are very poor and very bad wherever I send my car for service all time they made many mistakes and for that all time I complaint there for this like many time petrol was theft from my car at service point, scratch on car at service time. now problems is from last few month back my car’s self start getting problem which I told many time there to service staff now when I gave my car for repair they told me that my car is under warranty and it will change without any charge but now when I go there to take back my car they made charges for that part. I told them that my car is under warranty and asked why you are charged they abused me and doing misbehaver with me by staff Mr. Rajat Parashar and Manager Mr Nitesh Kumar both are very rude and use very bad language.
Please Resolve the problem otherwise I have only last option go consumer court and take legal action also I gave this news to news paper.

I took my car for repair to your workshop on 10th January 2021 at around 11 AM after talking to your service manager. The job was allotted to Mr Firoz and I went back after completing the paperwork for insurance services. The survey was done by insurance personal and approval was received in 2 days and was informed about it by Mr Firoz on phone.

But subsequently your guys are sitting on car as they have not received the parts as yet. Are you all are living in stone age and parts take more than 2 weeks to arrive that too within India. All flights operations have been resumed and then it is taking so long.

Perhaps you guys think that car is not essential but a showpiece item and not required by owner. I am spending 1200 INR daily on my cab. Do you think I made a mistake by taking my car to Neonissan? Why dont you guys display it that we cannot provide services so that If someone gives his/ her car to your workshop then it will be their own responsibility? As such also I am fed up of Nissan services. The Zedex workshop is known for stealing parts from cars. So I shifted to Neonissan but unfortunately it is also going on same route.

Who is going to compensate for the troubles faced by me due to noncompetence of Neonissan workshop?

Hope I will get some answer to my agonies if some professionalism is still left intact in you guys.
