CareerVerification.org — I have already paid for job but the executive didn't receive my call

I had similar experience. i don't know if it is a scam or they are really a placement agency. i got a call from careerverification.org by someone named Rohit Srivastava, that i am shortlisted for Nokia Care job. they took my profile from monster.com. then another person called and asked me to come online. he convinced me to pay him twice saying that you will receive a mail and a code bla bla... then third time also he says this will be final payment. just pay 13000. i will arrange your interviews. friends, , i am confused. is it real or a scam???...I have already paid more than 13000 ... pls help
