Carnation — Forgery and cheating to put consumer in loss | |||||
I have bought a used Hyudai i10 car from Carnation, a used car dealer in Motinagar on 18th Mar, 2016. I was cheated by the dealer so he can earn more profit and put me in grave loss. Dealer tampered the odometer of the vehicle to show less kilometers to get more value of an old vehicle which is at low price. When car was sold to me odometer reading was at 62879 KM. I was conned to trust the dealer and I made the payment to the dealer. After a month and half car started giving problems and when I took it to the Hyundai service center I was told last service for the car was done in Dec 2015 at 1, 14, 000 KM which clearly means dealer tampered with meter and put me in loss.
