Carrier AC — Cooling Issue

I bought a Carrier AC 1 Ton Inverter at Vasanth and Co, Madurai Tamilnadu. From the second of AC cooling problem raising. Senior Technical service Engineer resolved so many complaints but the AC problem not resolved fully
