Respected S/M, I have purchased Honda's motoscooter DIO on 4th of June 2013 in my Father's Name Mr Navneetrai H Mer from PUNJAB HONDA at Rajkot (Guj), at time of purchasing I had been forcely told to purchase assesories for the scooter by Rs 2800 from sales department and I immidiately paid the said amt by giving rough bill (Challan for deposited Amt) and they have told that assesories will be attached within 4-5 days, but till date they are not giving actual date that when they will provide the assesories. I visits at show room every three days. request to help for getting my money back which had been paid for assesories. if needed documents will be provided for the same. honda motorcycles — sale issue
i had visited many of sowrooms of honda to buy a new honda activa, most of them say there is a booking on this scooter and delivery will be given after 15 days,sales exicutive of one of the dealer named DHINGRA HONDA at uttam nagar says more than 10 scooter is available in their showroom now but only in cash with accessory of Rs 3800 approx, and when i says i'll buy with spot payment but i don't need any accessory for which you are charging.then they denied to give delivery they say you have to buy this only with accessory by paying extra payment.pls. ans me on my id -: [protected]@gmail.com
