I second you, they are a perfect cheaters, Please be aware of this fraud company. They are totally irresponsible, they get your money and then cheat you. Non - reliable.

for the second time when we called, they have attended and confirmed for the second service but then not picking the call. is that office really located in anna nagar? we must definitely file a case against them. we should not let them cheat anymore.

Plz let me know whether is there office really located in that location..? we should really take serious action action against these cheaters..as i have paid them full amount and refereed many friends. when i have contacted them last week, i got these following nos.

Platinum Car Care Club — Money Paid - Not providing Service

hi I have paid Rs 2500 and took 5 coupons, i am trying to call them for service (2nd time).. but no one is picking the calls, .. [protected]-26631199 Please let me know how to take it forward.. money cheated is less, but these fellows needs to learn a lesson.

These buggers had cheated me too for my 2 car's. I paid Rs.5200/-. and the same story over here now one is picking up the call. Her name is M.Afrin[protected], [protected] and their address is Platinum car care club, no:8/2, V.O.C Nagar, 2nd cross street, east chinthamani. Chennai. If any one had filed a complaint kindly do share the same I'll also file with the same reference.

It is absolutely true that it is a Car care club with bunch of cheats. Every week they promise to send their person and then never answer your call nor send anybody. Ms. Afreen is the front office girl who pesters and sells you the membership and afterwards does not pick up the calls.

It is time a police complaint is given for the cheating

I have been promised for the last 3 weeks by Jeff and Afreen and regret that no one came for cleaning and polishing. I have the complete recording of your promises made and I have been driven to the last resort of filing a complaint of cheating against you and your company. I am also running a service based industry and I do not duck any calls and keep up my commitment to my customers. If I am not able to fulfill my promises, I ring up my customers prior hand and inform them of my inability and give them an alternate time and date.

This was the mail I sent 3 days ago. Shameless fellows, they did not reply. I wonder whether they see the mails and complaints. It is time their entry in just dial and other web sites are barred.

Exactly, this is a cheating company, they never pcik up the phone, tell me when you are giving the complaint, i will join you as well. Yes, the company cheated us.

A lady by name Jenny called (I think they change names according to the name of the customer). Ph#+[protected] .
She wants me to pay 2500 after the first wash and polish is done (total 6 sessions in a year of wash+3M teflon polish+interior cleaning, fabric and roof cleaning polishing etc).
I told her that what if you dont turn up for the remaining 5 sessions as I see very bad feedback about your company.. she promises that she will be able to ensure all 6 sessions are done. I added an app called True caller on my phone and when i put in this number to block it, it shows Shirin car cleaner.
This lady says Afreen and Joan Durai have quit.. either they are genuine (very unlikely) or are wash-once-and-run-with-your-money kind of frauds

What is the point in knowing everything & sitting silently & watching the whole thing.. Let us together take it forward & punish these cheaters..
