I have joined car care service, (Company:Platinum car care club, Owner:Joan Durai, Contact no:[protected], [protected],[protected], Address:Platinum car care club, 8/2, 1st main road, 2nd cross street, V.O.C. Nagar, Anna nagar East (Opp. Food world), Chennai-600102., ). In this company providing the car care service Like, Car wash, Polish., I have joined 12months AMC, they promised 12 months AMC for 11 polish, but now they not keeping the promise and not providing the service. join date:March 2013, Amount Rs.2500., they serviced only 2 polish. after that i have tried so many time not picking the call, and also my colleague and friends facing same problem. kindly help to get the money or get the service.

Company got money and not providing service
I have paid 2500 and got 6 coupons, they serviced for one time, post that they are not picking the calls.
