[Resolved] Case World — faulty product | |||||
Hi, i ordered a oneplus 6 luxury magneto metal frame clear tempered glass back case cover. I received the product but unfortunately, the product isn't the right fit. It is slightly bigger than the phone which makes the right hand side buttons inaccessible. So this is quite evident that they haven't tested the product whether it fits in or not. I have attached a video of the phone shaking inside the case (You can also hear the sound of it) and you can also see the image where the slide button is way inside and not accessible. I wrote them multiple emails and they aren't prompt in their responses. They said they will initiate a return and they still haven't picked up the product from me. They also said they will only give a refund via caseworld.in vouchers which are obviously of no use because i own a oneplus 6 and their case i ordered isn't satisfactory, what will i do with they vouchers when they sell only cases on their website? Sep 1, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved They sent an email saying they will refund my money via paytm cash after I posted the complaint on ConsumerComplaints. Post which, they also took back the product and refunded my money.
