Hi CEO /Nakul Kumar,

I'm taking the time out to bring to your notice and concern no matter how miniscule or substantial it is. It is certainly a down right nasty, harrowing and inconsolable skullduggery that I was put through all because of this particular pick up agent by name "ZABI DA" with his whatsapp phone number +91 [protected].

Most Unruly/Unprofessional/Lying/Duping /Conman who employs duress to deal with unsuspecting customers in this case me.
Who not only has the gall to fleece me in broad daylight. He has no sensibilities and he is an absolutely uncouth person I had to deal with.

This person showed up to my house to pick up my iPhone SE under Service # MPMXB6229627 around 5:00 PM on 24th Saturday SEPT 2022.
Since I had one more Service #MPMEC6239410 for iPhone 6s pick up slotted for next day morning i.e., 25th Sunday SEPT 2022.
I asked him if he could pick up both the phones at once, he agreed to process both.
He started off by lying that Cashify has recently started accepting phones with replaced screens and that the next person may not accept the pick up and that he would be the right person for me to deal with thereby coaxing me to submit both of my phones.
Then he found slight yellowish discoloration on my iPhone SE and tried to knock off 1100 Rupees from the evaluated price of 3690/- which is 2500/- according to him. Yet I received Invoice for 3500/-.
Then he hoodwinked me into selling iPhone 6s which was evaluated at 4630/- to 3000/- which he picked up asking me to cancel the pick up schedule without an official invoice. He pocketed that iphone 6s for himself. At the time I couldn't double check on the Invoice since I had to rush to a medical appointment.
When I called him back almost immediately to return the phone which is not officially billed for from cashify he started yelling and behaving like a hooligan and threatened me that I cannot do squat once I've submitted the phone.
Such is the nature of your pick up person who not only lied and convinced me to do away with the phone in a heartbeat.
His mendacity has no bounds and he is beyond moral reproach.

I demand a serious action to be dispensed to such employees whether direct hire or indirect for the frustration and debacle that I had to go through.
I want a thorough redressal on the matter and compensation for the appalling experience I had to go through.

Much to my CHAGRIN.
I'm having to revisit this ongoing MALARKEY again.
Looks like nobody in your company has any WEIGHT or GRAVITAS for the commitment for the words they use.

I still haven't received the Invoice for my iPhone 6s and the pending amount of 1630/- as promised by your Regional escalation manager Anand.
I have attached the whatsapp message confirmation that was communicated and assured to me yesterday.
Despite me clearly making it LOUD and CLEAR that I do not want to talk to ill-mannered pick up agent I had to deal with and have the matter at hand resolved forthwith. I was asked to repeatedly talk to the pick up agent for which I absolutely REFUTE and DENY.

If this is the way your company conducts business you should call yourself "DUPIFY".

I don't want to drag this any longer. I will have sworn to never deal with Cashify any more and I will do everything to educate my friends and family to steer clear from any transactions in future. I will take this to a public forum so that the general public are well aware of what a sham this has been.

Let me make it clear as a day again,
a)I DO NOT want to talk to anyone anymore. No one seems to live up to any commitments made - It is HORRENDOUS and HAPLESS.
b) I want the pending amount of 1630/- credited to me within EOD.
c) The Invoice to be issued for the said transaction.

I WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY OTHER REDRESSAL MEANS OR ANY OTHER FALSIFIED RESOLUTIONS or ASSURANCES.

I got response from CEO feedback email address - [email protected] promising to resolve the issue. Anand who is regional escalation manager +91 7259009688 texted late last night and credited the pending amount and apologized for the colossal mishap.
