Cashify — Cashify price quote and pickup agent price quote has a variation

Hi,

I have realme X7 pro device and it has green lines on display. I mentioned the same in the app and cashify app quoted 5.7k as final price.

But the pickup agent requoted the price by saying display has to change because of green lines.

Then what is the use of cashify app price quote.

There are many issue I faced. First the pickup agent cancel without even visiting the location and without device checking. Then I mailed to the support team they rearranged the pickup but they pickup agent reduced the price by saying display has to change because of green lines.

So my question is cashify app not aware that display has to change if it has lines on display?

Supprisingly the pickup agents only said this cashify don't know anything they will just quote some random price.

Please don't waste customers time if app unable to quote price. Aslo please choose good pickup agents having good knowledge on mobiles.
