Cashkaro.com sent me 2 confirmation messages-one on mail and one as an SMS, that the Amazon voucher which I had requested for, has been sent to me..but I never got an email along with the Amazon voucher.. I am worried about it.. Please help.....

I have earned 3000 cashback but when I request it for payment they says payment threshold not reached pls fix this asap...

I made a purchase at 1mg.com through Cashkaro, who offered a cashback of Rs.300 for the said transaction. After making me wait for over 50 days, the cashback has been confirmed. But they reduced the cashback amount to Rs.240 because customers can only request for payout of cashback if they reach a minimum threshold of Rs.250.
Therefore, I will not be able to get any money back unless I make another transaction and wait for another...
