Cb Four — not received fast tag

Hi

Its been close to 4 months since i applied for fast tag with hdfc bank.. Sent about 5 emails till now & called to customer-care i dont know how many times.. I have lost count.. Every time i get a reply under process. I have not received a single reply for my emails so far... Even if i ask them to cancel my registration or speak to high authority... Is not considered...
