CBC Honda — Unbelievable Customer Service | |||
On 30/9/2015, I had called up CBC Honda showroom at this location (T. C. #2/1415, Opposite MILMA, Pattom P. O Thiruvananthapuram Kerala - 695004) on these numbers[protected], 59, [protected]. I was calling for information regarding ready available scooters, I should have realised from the way the sales person answered the phone itself that this was going to be the most disrespectful type of way to deal with a potential customer. Our conversation went as follows: Sales person (Female): Speak. (In malayalam) Me: Yes, Hello, Do you speak english? Sales Person: Yes, what do you want? Me: Umm.. I wanted to purchase a scooter, aviator, dio or activa. Sales Person: No, Dio and aviator. 1 month, 6 month wait. Me: Ok, what about activa? Sales Person: Only white available, you want come and take it. *She hangs up on me. I called back, no answer. So I called from a different number. Sales person (Female): Hello, CBC Honda. Me: Yes, Hi, How are you? Sales person (Female): Fine, tell me. Me: Can you tell me how much is the activa you have available? Sales person: You come here and check. *Hangs up At this point I got annoyed and called again. Sales person (Female): Speak. (malayalam) Me: Yes, I think we got disconnected. Sales person (could be talking to someone else as she moved the phone or thats just because she was about to hang up again): Get lost. *Hangs up I was appalled at the type of staff Honda has hired.
