CBSE CTET — Money paid for Ctet exam but not credited

My transaction of Rs. 1, 200 from ICICI Bank was successfully credited to the beneficiary CBSE account xxxxxxx4076 on Sep 22, 2021 21:26:55 with RRN[protected] through Google pay
IFSC Code : HDFC0000499
VPA : cbse.[protected]@hdfcbank
But still even after 3 days it is still not credited.
Kindly help.
