CC Avenue — Payment deducted and not sent to merchant

I have ordered a product on liveyoursport.com on which default payment gateway is CC avenue. Payment has been deducted from my bank account and still transaction failure message came from CC avenue and also no information provided to that merchant. I have raised a ticket it was still open for 2 days and no response from them. Live chat always says queue. Again T have raised a ticket for the old ticket but they are idle. Worst shopping ever. Please don't go with CC avenue.
