Dear Sir,
I did an online transaction for buying Kaspersky internet security, on October 16th 2020 but due to long timing of transaction ccavenues showed error. Money was debited from my account but kaspersky gave no response. Please help me in getting my lost money as it is almost 5-6 months and neither I got the money back nor any response from your team after repeated mails. This is really sad situation. I do understand that its covid time and things happen slowly, but I do seek information regarding the updates for my complaint. Please help me in knowing the details.
