Ccavenue.com — Transfer of money from my acct without my knowledge

Respected sir,
from my SBI VISA debit card(card no.[protected]) 2 times money has been transffred to www.ccavenue.com/charge.
Firstly on 21.08.2015 on POS[protected] Rs.350
Secondly on 26.08.2015 on POS[protected] Rs.650
May i know what is this going on with my acct and without my knowledge?
please tell me that can it be refunded or not?
